We soften to use positive, preventative, settle downing, withdraw and problems solve skills sooner of holding, restraining and independent when dealing with ambitious behaviour and in most cases it works well.For good example service user JW likes to write out who is quiescence over at the end of the shift, when he is presenting challenging behaviour cater calm him down by saying JW do you want me to do calmness over tonight, he answers yes and stave depart tell him that what he is doing in not handsome and because of that no one is naping over ,we supercharge him to do something like voiding the dishwasher , and move him that someone go away sleep over if he continues to be good, JW calms downs apologises to staff and the other service user for his behavi our .He continues to sign sleep in makaton to show that he is happy. in addition we unendingly pass judgment to prompt JW of his behaviour at calm moments of the day (Attwood 1998, Clements and Zarkowska 2000, old 1995). Also we have a change in background knowledge system to manage DCs challenging behaviour. DC has ill Spectrum Disorder and finds any change difficult to tolerate. We support DC to the day centre every Monday we do group activities and DC is tumultuous at all times. An assessment was make and it showed that DC did not like crowds and clamorous environment.He is further to work in a slim even-tempered room with fewer other people and once she is colonized we give her a microscopical labor movement which message she only visits the bigger room for a footling time and return. afterward sometime we reintroduced her to the bigger group but we place her at a table near the door with only two people near her. To manage her behaviour she is asked to sub mit things to different rooms. This strategy has worked well and it means DC does not have to go on the whole day in the bigger room and the procrastinating reintroduction resulted in significant reduction of luxuriant behaviour.
